Shipping policy

If an item is lost or damaged please speak with the shipping agent asap with photos and details to lodge a claim. Please do let us know if something is wrong and we will do our best to help.

Because we use third party delivery companies we cannot 100% guarantee delivery. Couriers can occasionally they have some internal delays which may cause your parcel to take and extra 1 - 2 working days to be delivered to you.

All chilled item are frozen before shipping

When you select your day for collection for pick up we will have the item ready for you for the time and day you select. 

When shipping items the date is the day we ship the item to you, please give ample time for delivery.
