Started baking at 15 during work experience and never stopped, turns out people really liked what I was making.
I.C Waffles began as a dream with an old food trailer we rebuilt from scratch, upgraded six months later, and eventually turned into our first shop.
It hasn’t all been smooth (including a pretty serious hospital scares along the way), but through it all we’ve kept doing what we love, making desserts people can’t get enough of.
