Refund policy
If something is wrong with your order you must inform us the day you receive it.ย
To start a return, you can contact us at info@icwaffles.co.nz. If your return is accepted, weโll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
*Baked goods must be inspected at time of collection, once the dessert is in your position we take no responsibility for damages or faults. Please make sure to check before leaving.
Exceptions / non-returnable items
Certain types of items cannot be returned, like perishable goods (such as food), custom products (such as cakes, cookies and other food items)
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.
Refunds / Cancellations
Are only available on items of preorder. E.g. Cake / Cupcake / Cookies ? other desserts made to order. If the item is canceled more then 3 weeks out from the event. A 20% handling fee will apply to cover time quoting and administration and processing fees.
For cancelations of shipped goods this must be done a minimum of 2 days out from the shipping date.
